We want you to be completely satisfied with every product you purchase from Baby Safe Haven. If you receive a product with any quality issues or it does not match the description, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with the option to return or exchange the product. Please note that we can only accept returns for unused products that are in their original packaging. If your product has been used or is not in its original packaging, we may not be able to accept your return request.

After receiving your return request, we will review your request and contact you as soon as possible. If your request is approved, we will process your refund or exchange after receiving the returned product and confirming it is in good condition. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method and typically take 3-5 business days to process.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the product you received has any quality issues or does not match the description due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.
